Andrews Course #EDCI 639-007
If you plan on taking more than 5 courses in one session, let us know first. Depending on the University, there could be some restrictions that we can work out.
Technology can take students’ reading engagement to new heights and offer them ways to collaborate no matter how quiet the voice. In this course, teachers will explore technology tools used to encourage collaboration in reading. Learn how technology supports higher level thinking and how it allows the teacher to learn more about the students in their class.
Participants will examine different online tools, participate in discussions on the best uses of these tools, interact with peers as if they are a student in their own class, and create a lesson plan that incorporates technology in literacy.
