Many teachers are not only struggling with their own anxiety, but are also working tirelessly to adapt educational practices to meet the needs of students with anxiety. This transformative course is designed to equip educators with the knowledge and tools necessary to support students with anxiety effectively. Participants will delve into the various types of anxiety disorders prevalent in educational settings, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their manifestations and impacts on student learning and well-being. Through reflective exercises, educators will analyze their own classroom practices through the lens of anxiety awareness, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

This course empowers participants to conduct research aimed at developing a supportive environment tailored to the needs of students with anxiety. From designing inclusive routines and fostering a safe space to creating engaging activities and implementing targeted supports, educators will emerge with practical strategies to enhance their classroom's atmosphere and promote the academic and emotional success of all students.
